High School Seniors
Do you have a graduating high school senior who is interested in pursuing more education? If you are a full-time employee of a WPMA member company, your son or daughter may be eligible to apply for the WPMA scholarship, which is available to the children of association member companies’ employees. Senior student employees who have worked for WPMA member companies for more than 90 days are also eligible to apply for the scholarship. A $4000 scholarship is awarded every year to one student applying through a WPMA member company in each of the WPMA states, for a total of seven scholarships. The student must reside in the WPMA state where the association membership resides. One scholarship is also awarded to a student applying through a WPMA associate member company. In selecting the recipients, not just academic achievements are considered. The student’s extracurricular activities, community involvement, and financial need are also taken into account. If your high school senior could
use extra money for college, university or vocational training, have them apply for the $4000 WPMA scholarship.
